Americares Tanzania Country Office, located in Mwanza, staffed with professional relief and development workers, coordinates our existing and future programming in the Mwanza, Shinyanga, and Kigoma regions. We have and continue to work with a variety of international NGOs, national NGOs, governmental, and faith-based groups in Tanzania to serve those affected by poverty or disaster. Invitation to Pre-qualify Americares Foundation Tanzania invites applications from interested firms (bidders) to apply for Pre-qualification as Suppliers of goods, works and services for the period 2025-2026 under the following category.

Category A: Prequalification for Provision of Services Lot No. 18 Provision of Car Tracking Services REF No. AME/PCA/2025/018

Mandatory Requirements All mandatory criteria must be met, no exception. To be eligible the candidate must prove that they qualify to participate in public procurement by providing the mandatory requirements as provided below:

• Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership deed / Business registration.
• Current Trade License / Business Permit.
• Certificates from affiliated regulatory or accrediting bodies / associations (where applicable)
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate.
• TIN and VAT Certificates.
• Certified latest audited financial statements.
• Annual Returns and Receipts.
• List of Directors and shareholders.
• Organogram.
• Details of establishment (office location)
• Details of capacity (number of staff, equipment and other relevant resources);
• Details of relevant experience in similar services; and
• Reference from other organizations that have received services from your organization in the past, preferably in the last 2 years.

Service providers and suppliers who meet the criteria for prequalification will be prequalified for the categories applied. Completed prequalification documents clearly marked appropriately “Tender Ref No. & Category" along with any other additional information the applicants may wish-to provide, should be dropped at Americares offices or sent through the post address below.
