1. What is this platform about?
It’s an online tender platform that connects Tender Publishers with Tenderers (viewers and bidders). Users can post, find, and apply for tenders across different sectors.

2. Who can use this platform?
Both individuals and organizations — including contractors, suppliers, consultants, and agencies — can register as either Tender Publishers or Tenderers.

3. How do I create an account?
Click the Register button on the homepage, choose your role (Tenderer or Publisher), and fill in your details to complete registration.

4. Can I access tenders without registering?
Some basic listings may be visible publicly, but full details and application options are available only to registered Tenderers.

5. What should I do if I can’t log in?
Click Forgot Password on the login page to reset your password. If you still can’t access your account, email mabumbe@gmail.com.


Tenderer (Tender Viewer) Plans

6. What does a Tenderer account offer?
A Tenderer account lets you view and apply for unlimited tenders, post resumes, and connect with publishers or contractors.

7. What are the available Tenderer plans?
There are four membership plans:

  • Daily Plan (TZS 12,000) – 1-day membership

  • Basic Plan (TZS 21,000) – 30 days

  • Standard Plan (TZS 52,000) – 3 months

  • Premium Plan (TZS 102,000) – 6 months

All include unlimited resume posting, resume viewing, and tender applications.

8. What if I cannot pay for a plan online?
If you’re unable to pay directly, email the plan you want to mabumbe@gmail.com (cc info@mabumbe.com) or call +255 765 088 584 — serious business only.

9. Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime by paying the difference between your current plan and the desired one.

10. Are there refunds if I cancel early?
Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, but you can continue using your plan until it expires.

11. How long does it take to activate my plan?
Once payment is confirmed, your account is typically activated within minutes.

12. What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay via mobile money, bank transfer, or other methods provided on the payment page.

13. Can I share my account with others?
No. Each account is for one user or organization only. Sharing access may lead to suspension.

14. What happens when my membership expires?
You’ll lose access to tender applications and resume viewing until you renew or upgrade your plan.

15. Can I post tenders as a Tenderer?
No. Only registered Tender Publishers can post tenders. Tenderers can view and apply for them.


Tender Publisher Plans

16. What is a Tender Publisher account?
A Tender Publisher account allows organizations to post, manage, and feature tenders to reach qualified bidders.

17. What Tender Publisher plans are available?
There are four plans:

  • Basic Plan (TZS 100,000) – 1 tender post, valid 30 days

  • Standard Plan (TZS 150,000) – 3 tenders, 1 featured, 3 refresh options

  • Diamond Plan (TZS 250,000) – 6 tenders, featured company, valid 90 days

  • Premium Plan (TZS 400,000) – unlimited posts, featured company, valid 3 months

18. What if I can’t post a tender online?
Email your advert and desired plan to mabumbe@gmail.com (cc info@mabumbe.com) or call +255 765 088 584 — serious business only.

19. What does “Featured Tender” mean?
A featured tender is highlighted prominently on the homepage and tender list for better visibility.

20. What is “Refresh Tender”?
Refreshing moves your tender back to the top of the listings to attract new bidders.

21. How long will my tender remain visible?
Depending on the plan, tenders stay active for 30 to 90 days from the posting date.

22. Can I post international tenders?
Yes. You can post tenders from any country, provided the details are accurate and compliant.

23. Can I edit or remove a tender after posting?
Yes, you can edit or delete your tender within your dashboard anytime before it expires.

24. How many resumes can I download?
All publisher plans include unlimited resume downloads to help you find potential contractors or bidders.

25. Can I feature my company profile?
Yes, “Diamond” and “Premium” plans include a Featured Company option for extra exposure.


Blog and News Section

26. Can I comment on news or blog posts?
Yes, registered users can comment on posts, provided the comments follow community guidelines.

27. Are blog posts verified or official?
Articles and news updates are published for information purposes only — always verify details before acting.

28. Can I submit articles or news for publishing?
Yes. You may send your content proposal to info@mabumbe.com for review.
